Basileia Investment Holdings is a private enterprise with exclusive rights to the intellectual property of the South African King Price Insurance brand, for use outside of Southern Africa. Basileia also holds the rights to operate in Europe as easySure and easyLife, via easyGroup Limited, as well as easySure Forsikringsformidler in Denmark. The first easySure company was launched in Denmark, with plans to expand exponentially across Europe within 5 years.
